The RollerMouse Free by Contour Design is an alternative mousing device that uses a rollerbar to control cursor movement. It has been designed to fit immediately adjacent to your keyboard or laptop. • Eliminates Overreaching: The design of the RollerMouse Free is meant to eliminate overreaching for your mouse, thus reducing stress and injuries to your shoulder and elbow. Your hands always stay close to the mousing device, so that it is never out of reach. And because the rollerbar is always situated close to both hands, the RollerMouse Free can be used by both left-handed and right-handed users - you can even switch hands from time to time to even the workload!

• 'Rollerbar' for Cursor Control: The RollerMouse Free's unique feature is the 'RollerBar', a cylindrical trackball with an optical sensor of 800 DPI. The rollerbar works by rolling the bar to move the cursor up and down on the screen. To move the cursor left or right, you simply slide the rollerball side to side.
• Longer 'Rollerbar': The RollerMouse Free also has a longer rollerbar than both the Standard and Pro versions of the RollerMouse, adding an extra 3.5" to the length of the RollerMouse Pro's rollerbar. This latest feature will help reduce ulnar deviation by allowing both hands to continue to activate the rollerbar while wider apart.
• Keyboard Risers: The RollerMouse Free comes with detachable keyboard 'risers' which help elevate slim keyboards to a height which prevents accidental movement of the rollerbar. Three height settings are available: 0.25", 0.375", and 0.5".
• Underside Cable Management: The cable cord of the RollerMouse Free has different routing systems located underneath the device, allowing you to route your cable either to the upper (left), left (side), or right (side), depending on what is most convenient for your workstation setup.
• Palm Supports: The RollerMouse Free also comes with removable palm supports that give relief to your wrists as you type and use the rollerbar. These supports can be removed for cleaning or when not needed.
